About Nancy:
Nancy is a native East Tennessean. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, and her Master’s degree from the University of Memphis.
In addition to her undergraduate and post graduate studies, Nancy also holds multiple additional certifications/designations, most notable the esteemed GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation. The GRI is a nationally recognized professional designation. The required coursework covers real estate marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, agency, technology and other related topics. The program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to their clients. Graduation from the program in Tennessee requires successful completion of ninety (90) hours or more of coursework and six (6) written examinations on various aspects of the courses taken. Currently, only approximately one in eight Realtors in Tennessee holds the GRI designation.
In addition to the GRI designation, Nancy has also earned both the ABR designation and the e-Pro certification. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. The e-Pro technology certification has enabled Nancy to more efficiently and conveniently serve her clients with the use of the latest technology and the internet.
